Crafted using time-honoured artisan methods, our Jamón de Teruel undergoes carefully controlled salting followed by slow, natural curing.

Its vibrant red colour, delicately marbled with fine veins of white fat, reveals a tender, silky texture. On the palate, it unveils rich aromas and a beautifully balanced, mellow flavour, achieved through precise salting and patient curing. A gentle, lingering finish completes the tasting experience.
