Oleic Acid and Nutritional Balance
Our Jamón de Teruel stands out for its oleic acid content (approximately 52% of its fatty acids), a monounsaturated fat valued for its nutritional qualities and closely associated with the Mediterranean diet.
Rich in vitamins
Our Jamón de Teruel also provides vitamins B1, B6 and B12, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and support normal energy metabolism. Vitamins B6 and B12 also help reduce tiredness and fatigue and contribute to normal red blood cell formation.

We carefully oversee every stage of production, from the natural diet of our Duroc pigs to the slow, traditional curing of our hams in our own curing houses.
